We built Synctile because we saw brilliant manufacturing teams struggling with outdated tools. Physical T-card boards, messy whiteboards, and complex ERPs were slowing them down.

Our Story

Synctile started on a shop floor. Watching production managers spend hours every morning moving magnetic strips and sticky notes around a whiteboard, we knew there had to be a better way. Digital solutions existed, but they were clunky, expensive, and required weeks of training.

We set out to build something different: a digital scheduler that works exactly like the physical board you already know—but smarter, faster, and connected.
